Acknowledging and Meditating on our root emotions and deepest fears develops tender compassion. Compassion embraces a heart centered consciousness and awakening. Reviving our heart consciousness helps one liberate oneself from fear based consciousness which is reactionary, reptilian and base. I applied to Skowhegan with this film about the Circean Temple . I was allowed to submit one 5 minute video. I also submitted ‘Rain flower’ music video which was 3 minutes-ish. hence the brevity, density and intensity of this Circean Temple trailer.
